REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, price etc.).

​

​

We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.

​

​

You must pay the Participation Fees within 4 days of receiving the selection notification.

​

​

Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.

​

​

You will receive your e-poster with your self-photo and participation e-certificate within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.

​

​

You are required to submit your physical artwork/s on 29 Jan 2027 for phase 1 artists and 2 Feb 2027 for phase 2 artists to Gallery at 11 am.

The exhibition will take place from Jan 30th to Feb 1st, 2027 for phase 1 artists and

Feb 2nd to 4th, 2027 for phase 2 artists.
