REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, year & artist’s price).

​

We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.

​

​

You must pay the Participation Fees within 7 days of receiving the selection notification.

​

​

Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.

​

​

you will receive your e-poster with your self-photo and participation e-certificate within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.

​

​

You are required to send your physical artwork/s on 12 April to Gallery or to our Mumbai address at your own cost (for out station artists) by March 31st (Address will be provided).

​

​

The exhibition will take place from

April 13th to 16th, 2025 for phase 1 artists

and 17th to 20th, 2025 for phase 2 artists.

We will dispatch unsold artwork, Participation Medal, Participation Certificate, and Award Memento (if won), along with a printed foldable catalogue by April 30, 2025. (Courier cost will be borne by the artists).
