REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, price etc.).
​
​
We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.
​
​
You must pay the Participation Fees within 4 days of receiving the selection notification.
​
​
Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.
​
​
You will receive your e-poster with your self-photo and participation e-certificate within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.
​
​
You have to personally deliver and collect artwork to directly gallery. No artwork/s will be accepted through courier.
​
​
The exhibition will take place from Jan 24 to 26th 2026
​

You are required to collect your physical artwork/s on 26 Jan 2026 from the Gallery at 7 pm (Evening).
